Marketing & Operations Manager — Wydler Brothers (Compass) 

Washington, DC / DMV | Full-Time | In Person | 2 - 5 Years of Experience

We’re looking for a Marketing and Operations Manager to join our team and help bring the Wydler Brothers brand to life across our digital channels. 

What You’ll Actually Do 

• CRM & database management — keeping contacts, leads, past clients, and follow-ups organized 
• Lead management — routing new leads, tracking responses, monitoring conversion 
• Systems & processes — creating SOPs, checklists, templates, and workflows 
• Team coordination — Includes team meetings, calendars, internal communication, task management and tracking transaction statuses 
• Client experience — making sure clients receive the right communications, gifts, updates, and touchpoints 
• Listing support — coordinating photographers, stagers, contractors, signage, MLS materials, launch timelines 
• Marketing coordination — working to make sure campaigns and content actually get executed 
• Event Planning — client events, VIP days, appreciation events, vendor coordination 
• Financial/admin management — invoices, expenses, commissions, budgets, vendor payments 
• Vendor management — maintaining relationships with photographers, contractors, designers, lenders, attorneys, etc. 
• Performance tracking — monitoring leads, transactions, revenue, pipeline, and other team metrics 

Social Media Content & Events 

• Attend select listings, team events, client events, and neighborhood activities to capture photos and social content to post 
• Take casual photos and short-form video when appropriate and post on social platforms 
• Help coordinate team professional photo/video shoots and make sure the right content gets captured 
• Assist with social coverage of team events, new listings, closings, community activities, and other moments worth sharing 

Who You Are 

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment. 

You’re likely a fit if you: 

• Are comfortable working in person throughout the DC/DMV area 
• Have experience in marketing, operations, project management, real estate, communications, or a related field 
• Are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously 
• Are proactive and naturally look for ways to make the team more efficient, organized, and effective 
• Have strong project management skills and are comfortable taking a project from idea to execution 
• Have a strong attention to detail and take pride in producing polished, professional work 
• Are comfortable managing day-to-day operational tasks and keeping track of the many moving pieces behind a busy real estate team 
• Have an understanding of marketing strategy, branding, social media, email marketing, events, and client communications 
• Are comfortable coordinating with outside vendors, photographers, designers, contractors, and other partners 
• Have experience with tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, project management tools, and social media platforms 
• Are comfortable creating, organizing, and maintaining systems, processes, calendars, checklists, and workflows 
• Are willing to jump in wherever needed and enjoy being a key support system for a high-performing team 
• Have an interest in real estate, marketing, and building a strong, recognizable brand
