Role Summary The Senior Creative Strategist will create strategic pitch decks, client proposals, brand narratives, and partnership concepts for advertising, sponsorship, content, event, digital, and custom marketing opportunities. This is a hands‑on strategy role, not a pure design role and not traditional sales support. You will take a client brief, understand the business challenge, shape the recommendation, and build a polished presentation that connects the client’s goals to a clear media or marketing solution. The right person has strong narrative instincts, a sharp eye for presentation quality, and the ability to manage multiple active pitches without needing every step spelled out. Responsibilities Develop client‑facing pitch decks and proposals that connect advertiser goals, audience insights, KPIs, brand challenges, and business priorities to thoughtful partnership ideas. Build original media strategies, brand narratives, sponsorship concepts, and custom marketing recommendations. Own proposal development from brief through final deck, including story structure, strategic flow, and visual presentation. Translate sales inputs, client objectives, research, and market context into clear, persuasive recommendations. Partner with sales, revenue, product marketing, content, events, custom content, and broader marketing teams. Use research, data, audience insights, and client priorities to support strategic ideas. Help lead brainstorms and shape concepts for advertising, branded content, sponsorship, newsletter, event, digital, video, and custom programs. Manage several active proposals at once while staying organized, responsive, and detail oriented. Present ideas clearly and professionally to internal stakeholders and, when needed, clients or agencies. Qualifications 4–6+ years of experience in creative strategy, integrated marketing, client solutions, brand partnerships, advertiser marketing, media strategy, sales strategy, product marketing, or proposal strategy. Experience building client‑facing pitch decks, proposals, sponsorship concepts, advertising programs, or brand partnership recommendations. Background in media, publishing, digital advertising, branded content, events, newsletters, sponsorships, B2B marketing, or integrated marketing strongly preferred. Ability to build strategic presentations from scratch or near‑scratch, including the narrative and recommendation, not just the formatting. Strong storytelling skills and the ability to turn a client challenge into a clear, compelling pitch. Strong Google Slides and/or PowerPoint skills. Good design sensibility and comfort creating clean, client‑ready materials without relying heavily on a design team. Strong understanding of advertiser objectives, KPIs, audience strategy, brand positioning, and revenue‑driving marketing programs. Comfort working closely with sales, revenue, partnerships, product marketing, client solutions, or account teams. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast‑moving environment. Polished communication style and comfort working with senior stakeholders, clients, and agencies.
