IT Service Desk Technician

Providing remote technical support, the contract-to-hire IT Service Desk Technician will troubleshoot issues, manage incidents through a ticketing system, and deliver exceptional customer service while working from home. Key responsibilities Perform basic to intermediate-level troubleshooting for various technical issues, including password resets and hardware configurations Log, route, and categorize incidents and service requests efficiently, ensuring timely resolution Communicate effectively with users regarding the status of incidents and provide outstanding customer service Required qualifications 3+ years of helpdesk experience with troubleshooting skills CompTIA A+ certification is required Minimum one year of Active Directory support experience 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow is ideal Technical knowledge of Windows desktop and laptop hardware in a business environment
