What You’d Do In This Role As a Protections Coach, you'll build trusted relationships with RamseyTrusted Pros, coaching them to grow their businesses while serving our fans the Ramsey way. You'll provide practical guidance, hold Pros accountable to Ramsey standards, and help them continuously improve their performance. Through one on one coaching, group coaching, and ongoing relationship management, you'll become a strategic partner committed to helping Pros succeed while protecting the integrity of our programs.
