About the Role

Are you a hands-on restaurant leader who loves developing people and running a tight operation? We are hiring a Restaurant General Manager in Henderson, NC to take full ownership of a busy location.

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily restaurant operations and shift management
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
Control food cost, labor, and inventory to meet financial targets
Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
Create a positive guest experience and handle guest concerns
Review sales and P&L reports and build plans to grow the business

Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant management experience
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Knowledge of scheduling, ordering, and cost control
ServSafe certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
