The role is a part of theAirport Performance Analysis and Support team within our Airportsgroup. Analyze operational performance and customer service metrics, identify evolving trends or chronic performance drivers, and support local leaders with actionable data and analysis Apply data and analytics to maximize the effectiveness of training and compliance programs Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing or proposed network schedules to address or mitigate operational constraints while supporting the need to maximize revenue and profitability Represent airport operations in planning and implementation of a wide range of corporate initiatives Provide support for airports through identification and delivery of best practice opportunities Coordinate initiatives across airports system wide to ensure efficiency and consistency where appropriate All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training Proficiency with Tableau, Mosaic, SQL, and/or Cognos Prior experience in airport operations, data analysis, and project management An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment Self-driven with an ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data Strong analytical aptitude and experience with data manipulation and analysis Effective decision-making based on a combination of data-driven analysis and strategic considerations Effective communication and presentation skills, with an ability to reach all levels both verbally and written Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, collaboration, consensus-building, and cultural awareness Results-driven behavior with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and MS Query, etc. Ability and willingness to travel Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Advanced degree Experience with airline analytics or planning functions Skills, Licenses & Certifications N/A What you'll get Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
