What You ll Do:

• Provide primary care services to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
• Conduct preventive health screenings, physical exams, and wellness visits
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for chronic conditions
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment options
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and specialists to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation within Epic EMR system
• Support community health initiatives aimed at underserved populations
• Support quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid Texas medical license
• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Strong outpatient experience across all age groups
• Ability to care for pediatric and adult patients effectively
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
• Effective communication and patient education abilities
• Proficiency with Epic EMR

Preferred:

• Experience serving underserved or community-based populations
• Experience in preventive medicine and chronic disease management
