Job Description

This role supports a manufacturing operation that produces trusses by assembling components using hand and power tools. You will work primarily on the first shift, contributing to a fast-paced production environment and ensuring products meet quality and measurement standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble trusses using a variety of hand tools and power tools according to production specifications.
• Read and interpret tape measurements accurately to ensure components meet required dimensions.
• Perform general production and assembly tasks throughout the manufacturing process as assigned.
• Handle general labor duties such as lifting, positioning, and securing materials during truss construction.
• Assist with packing and preparing finished products for shipment or storage.

Essential Skills

• Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Ability to operate power tools for assembly work in a production setting.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Previous manufacturing or construction experience.
• Capability to perform general labor and production tasks, including repetitive movements and material handling.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and quality assembly.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beech Creek, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
