Work Environment

The clinic operates on a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate patient appointments and therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on enhancing mobility, strength, and functional ability.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities designed to promote physical well-being and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients on essential concepts such as body mechanics, exercise techniques, and the importance of a home exercise regimen.
• Administer therapeutic modalities, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, tracking metrics like range of motion, strength improvements, and overall functional advancements.
• Ensure treatment areas are organized and well-prepared, with necessary equipment and supplies readily available for use during therapy sessions.
• Engage in effective communication and collaboration with the entire healthcare team to coordinate a holistic approach to patient care.
• Provide emotional and motivational support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive recovery environment.

Compensation and Benefits
