Job Description
Number of Beds : 47
• Patient Ratios : 1:6
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : PCT's and Unit Secretary
• Type of equipment :
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend, 3 shifts a week
• Floating policy: If not needed on the contracted unit, you will float in-house
• Patient Experience requirements: Excellent patient experience. Bedside shift report, hourly rounding, physician rounding, including the patient on "what's most important to them, include the family. Explain the plan of care, explain medications, and ensure rooms are clean and tidy at all times.

Hospital Specifics-
• Certifications: NIH, BLS, ACLS

Procedures performed on unit: Bed side thoracentesis, bedside procedures with Physicians, interpret Telemetry strips.
