RN Cardiac Neuro Tele (Med-Tele Unit) | Full Time

Sanford, FL, USA

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a Cardiac Neuro Telemetry unit in a Level II Trauma Center. This position offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population including cardiac, neuro, post-CABG, MI, chest pain, and telemetry patients while working alongside a collaborative healthcare team focused on patient safety and quality outcomes.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Day Shift
• Rotating Weekends Required

Compensation & Incentives

• Salary Range: $30.75 - $44.68/hour
• Sign-On Bonus:
• • $5,000 for Day Shift
  • $7,500 for Night Shift
• Relocation Assistance: Available on a Case-by-Case Basis
• Shift Differentials:
• • $4.50/hour Nights
  • $1.50/hour Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Monitor cardiac and neurological patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care Med-Surg/Telemetry RN experience required (within the last 1–2 years).
• Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License required.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Current ACLS Certification required.
• NIHSS Certification required within 30 days of hire.
