RN – Cardiac Neuro Tele (Med-Tele Unit)

Location: Sanford, FL 32771
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Shift: Days or Nights | Rotating Weekends
Pay: $30–$44/hr , based on experience
Night Differential: +$4.50/hr
Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-Case
Relocation: Case-by-Case

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg/Telemetry acute care RN experience within the last 1–2 years
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• Active Florida RN license or approved Multistate/Compact RN license
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS
• NIHSS Certification required within 30 days of start

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to Med-Surg, Telemetry, Neuro, and Cardiac patients
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Care for patients with MI, chest pain, post-CABG, cardiac, and neurological conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry patients
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care plans
• Promote patient safety, quality care, and patient satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30.75/hr starting range
• Up to $44.68/hr based on experience
• +$4.50/hr Night Differential
• +$1.50/hr Weekend Differential
• Sign-On Bonus available case-by-case
