RN ICU Stepdown

Location: Sanford, FL

Type: Full-Time

Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and reliable ICU Step Down RN to join our team and provide care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments.

Job Requirements:

• Florida RN license (or approved multistate RN license). Compact license holders must obtain Florida license within 60 days of relocation.
• Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing . BSN preferred .
• Completion of NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS Instructor certification within 30 days of employment.
• American Heart Association ACLS Provider card required within 6 months of employment start.

Required Experience:

• 1 year of recent Acute Care ICU Stepdown RN experience required.
• 3 years of Cardiac PCU or Multisystem PCU experience preferred.
