Title: ICU Stepdown RN

Location: Sanford, FL
Schedule: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $31.86 – $46.28/hr. based on experience
• Night Shift Differential: +$4.50/hr
• Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hr
• Sign-On Bonus:

• $5,000 Days
• $7,500 Nights
• Relocation assistance available case by case

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for ICU Stepdown patients requiring close monitoring
• Monitor critical vital signs and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer medications, drips, and treatments safely and effectively
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, medications, and care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care ICU Stepdown RN experience required
• Candidates with 3+ years of Cardiac PCU or Multisystem PCU experience are encouraged to apply
• Current Florida RN license or Compact RN license required
• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 30 days of hire
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
