The Position:
The Grout Medic is a company dedicated to providing a safe and reliable work environment for all its employees. We offer employment year-round. The Grout Medic is looking for a full-time year-round high-quality Sales Consultant with a natural work ethic, a positive/flexible attitude, and experience in sales and customer service.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation structure with a base hourly wage of $12/hour and a 6% commission on all gross sales generated. First-year earnings are expected to range from $50,000 to $100,000+, depending on performance. As you grow in the role, earnings of $80,000 or more are achievable based on sales volume as well as base hourly wage increase based on performance.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with some potential weekend work.
• Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions (you must have a license, this is non-optional).
• Ability to walk for long periods of time.
• High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.
