Pay:

• 18-22/hr

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift - Monday- Friday 6AM- 4:30 (5X10)
• 2nd shift - Monday-Thursday 3:30PM- 1:00 AM (4X10)

We are hiring a Truss Builders to support the production of high-quality trusses and wall panels for residential and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and want long-term growth opportunities within a stable company.

• Assemble trusses and wall panels according to specifications and production requirements
• Use hand and power tools to cut, fasten, and secure materials accurately
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and measurement guidelines
• Measure and cut materials to precise dimensions using tape measures and saws
• Rotate between workstations based on production needs
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• 6+ months of experience using hand and power tools (construction, manufacturing, or similar)
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Ability to follow written instructions and production guidelines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Oak Grove,MN.
