Are You the Operator Who Can Keep Our Steel Liner Line Moving?
Full-time | $17.00+ DOE | 1st Shift : Mon–Thurs, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Let’s cut to it—can you:- Set up, change over, and run a ring press for varying diameters and thicknesses?
- Operate an overhead crane safely and confidently as the go-to crane operator?
- Shear, tack weld, roll, grind, and flash-weld steel components to precise measurements?
- Inspect quality, adjust machinery, and perform minor repairs to keep throughput on target?
- Handle materials without damage and move product with a forklift?
- Follow the production schedule from your supervisor and execute builds to spec.
- Use rolling machines to achieve roundness and presses to expand/shrink rings.
- Run grinders, flash welder, and trimmer to finish parts.
- Load/unload the line, complete pre-op inspections, and maintain a clean, organized station.
- Safety-first attitude; respectful, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Ability to pass a forklift safety course and demonstrate safe forklift operation.
- Ability to pass a written and practical overhead crane course.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment.
- Flexibility for non-standard hours; strong housekeeping and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs.
- 2 years as a Machine Operator
- 2 years in Manufacturing
- 2 years driving a Forklift
- 10-hour day shifts
- Monday–Thursday core schedule
- Overtime and weekend availability may be required
- Day Shift availability
