Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $1500 SIGN-ON BONUS 7p-7a

Job Summary:

Nightingale at Stonegate is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, wound care, and medication administration, under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments to care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment, and progress
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

Requirements:

Current LPN licensure in the state of Louisiana/ Arkansas
High school diploma or equivalent
