As a Dietary Aide at ISH Dining Services, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests and residents. As a Dietary Aide Newport Meadows, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals, beverages, and snacks to meet the dietary needs of our guests and residents.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dining and tray service according to menus and follow therapeutic diet orders
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and provide general descriptions to guests/residents
• Serve meals, beverages, and requested items according to established dietary and skilled nursing guidelines
• Respond to dining needs of guests/residents while maintaining hospitality and service standards
• Prepare and deliver snacks and nourishments as directed
• Obtain food and supplies for meal service as directed
• Maintain accurate records of resident's dietary needs
• Follow all local, state/provincial, and federal policies regarding food handling
• Maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
