1st Shift Shipping and Receiving/Racker
Our client, an industry leader in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Shipping and Receiving/Racker to join their team. As a 1st Shift Shipping and Receiving/Racker, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring the efficient handling and organization of aerospace components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Lynwood, CA
Pay Range: $18-$20/hr.
Shift: 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm + OT)
What's the Job?
- Shipping and Receiving
- Forklift
- Review production schedules and prioritize jobs for processing.
- Select appropriate racking methods based on part specifications.
- Rack parts using wires, clips, bars, fixtures, or other approved methods.
- Unrack parts following processing while ensuring product quality and preventing damage.
- Assist operators and production personnel to support workflow requirements.
What's Needed?
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Basic understanding of production and inventory processes.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
