Receiving Clerk - Aerospace 1st Shift

Job Summary Growing and dynamic company in the Aerospace Sector is looking to hire multiple Receiving Clerk/Inventory Specialist positions for the 1st shift. Job Hours 1st shift 7am/7:30am; available to work 2nd shift if needed starting at 3pm. Responsibilities Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming materials to support efficient production flow. Ensure inventory accuracy, verify order integrity, and handle components with care while maintaining compliance with quality systems. Contribute to overall operational efficiency through strong organization, collaboration, and adherence to company standards. Maintain precise and timely inventory counts when receiving materials into Epicor. Conduct initial visual inspections of incoming packaging for damage and promptly notify the Supervisor/Lead of any discrepancies. Verify packing lists against corresponding purchase orders to ensure complete and accurate alignment. Update product inventory and process backlog orders to support continuous production flow. Manage daily priorities effectively and consistently deliver results in accordance with established commitments. Collaborate with team members to identify, recommend, and implement improvements that enhance quality and operational performance. Adhere rigorously to the ESC Quality System, documented procedures, and work instructions. Handle high-reliability components with care to ensure no damage or compromise to product integrity. Organize and manage documentation for received goods to ensure accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness. Perform all responsibilities in alignment with the Vision and Mission Statement. Qualifications Aerospace experience preferred, or similar sectors such as medical devices, automotive, or other where experience includes assembly, handling, connecting, and/or testing intricate mechanical and/or electrical parts.
