100% Remote // Schedule to coincide with PST Zone: 8am-4:30pm Responsible for using word processing equipment to input, edit, and produce routine typed documents meeting established quality standards.
Essential Functions
- Operates a personal computer and appropriate software packages to prepare standard documents from various sources of written input.
- Types, word processes standard documents.
- Enters corrections and revisions.
- Duties and tasks are simple and repetitive.
- Proofreads material for accuracy and completeness.
- Refers questions and problems to higher levels.
- Using established procedures performs assigned tasks. Work is routine and instructions are usually detailed.
Skills: • Thorough Microsoft Word and Outlook knowledge • Type 55 wpm, 65 wpm preferred with high degree of accuracy • Detail oriented • Team player Education: High School diploma or equivalent
