Social Service Director As a Social Service Director at Alpine Care of St. Charles, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of social workers, counselors, and other support staff in providing compassionate and person-centered care to our residents and their families. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and support, and that our services are tailored to meet their unique needs and preferences. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of social workers and counselors, ensuring that all residents receive individualized care and support Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive social service programs and policies that align with our organization's mission and values Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to identify and address social, emotional, and behavioral needs of residents Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide counseling services to residents and their families Coordinate with community resources and services to ensure seamless transitions and support for residents Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective and efficient use of resources Requirements Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field (Master's degree preferred) Minimum of X years of experience in social work, counseling, or a related field Licensure or certification in social work, counseling, or a related field (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT) What We Offer Competitive salary (negotiable) Comprehensive benefits package (TBD) Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth Collaborative and supportive work environment Flexible schedules and work-life balance #J-18808-Ljbffr Alpine Care
