Primary Care Physician / Clinical Assistant Professor (HS), Internal Medicine

Job Description The Department of Internal Medicine at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician / Clinical Assistant Professor (HS). The successful candidate will: As an Academic Internist, assist the Division of Internal Medicine within the Department of Medicine with its clinical and academic initiatives. Demonstrate responsibility for the diagnostic and primary clinical care of patients in the Department of Medicine UHD Clinics. Teach house-staff, students, and fellows in General Internal Medicine. Be provided the opportunity to participate in the faculty private practice (University Physicians of Brooklyn - UPB). Qualifications Required Qualifications MD Degree. New York State Medical Doctor/Physician Licensure. Residency in Internal Medicine. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
