Restaurant Manager / AGM – Fast Track to GM
65-70K + Quarterly Bonus
A growing full-service concept recognized as one of the most promising restaurant brands expanding across the Bay area is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager / Assistant General Manager. This high-volume location features an extensive selection of unique craft cocktails and a diverse menu of elevated entrees designed to satisfy a wide range of guests in Oregon’s capital city.
The Restaurant Manager (AGM) oversees all front-of-house daily operations. Responsibilities include delivering consistently high-quality guest service, training and developing team members, executing the Daily Manager Agenda, managing FOH scheduling within budget, and supporting timely planning and execution of marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear fast-track path to General Manager.

Base salary: $65-70K

Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of current Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant (over $2 million in annual sales)
Stable work history
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and build community rapport
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly team members
Proven proficiency with financials, including P&Ls, inventory, and food/labor cost control
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
The dining scene continues to grow, with a vibrant mix of downtown restaurants, craft cocktail programs, and neighborhood destinations throughout the area. This position offers the opportunity to lead operations in a well-supported, expanding concept while advancing quickly into a General Manager role.
