This non‑partnership track opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in supporting sophisticated bankruptcy and restructuring matters while working closely with attorneys across a national platform. Ideal Background 4–6 years of bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, or related experience Experience supporting Chapter 11 proceedings, out‑of‑court restructurings, and distressed acquisitions, with a focus on company‑side representations Experience preparing and managing bankruptcy‑related disclosures, court filings, and other case documentation Experience representing debtors, official committees, lenders, or other parties in bankruptcy matters preferred Experience with distressed M&A transactions and insolvency‑related matters is a plus Strong legal research and writing skills, including experience preparing client alerts, articles, or other legal publications Exceptional organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced environment Excellent academic credentials J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school required Illinois bar admission in good standing required Why This Opportunity Sophisticated bankruptcy and restructuring platform Opportunity to support high‑profile Chapter 11 and distressed transaction matters nationwide Significant responsibility and interaction with attorneys across multiple offices Strong emphasis on legal writing, research, and thought leadership Collaborative and team‑oriented environment Competitive compensation and benefits Interested?
