We're growing our rehab team and looking for a compassionate, full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who wants to practice differently — one who values person-centered care, creative problem-solving, and being part of a team that treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis. Responsibilities Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with physical, emotional, and cognitive impairments Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and needs Design and implement interventions to improve activities of daily living, cognitive function, and overall well-being Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers to promote healthy habits and long-term independence What We're Looking For This role is best suited to COTAs who value: Relationship-based care Hands-on, creative clinical problem-solving Helping patients regain independence in daily life True interdisciplinary teamwork Making a meaningful difference in the lives of others Requirements Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program #J-18808-Ljbffr
