Polar Ridge Senior Living is a beautiful community located in North St Paul, MN right off highway 36, near the giant snow man and North High School. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 114-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Position: CNA, Caregiver or HHA

Hourly: $17.00 - $22.00 (Caregiver/HHA) and $19.00 - $24.00 (CNA) hourly, depending on experience (plus shift differential: $1 PM, $2 overnight)

Service Area: 2365 Helen Street North, St. Paul, MN 5510

Schedule: Part-time 0.3 FTE, PM, 3pm-11pm

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.

• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.

• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

• Strong interest in healthcare.

• Positive, compassionate attitude.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
