Manager, Marketing Programs and Engagement

Sarepta Therapeutics seeks a Manager to oversee integrated marketing programs and patient/healthcare provider engagement initiatives supporting their genetic medicine portfolio. The role involves operational planning, program execution, and cross-functional coordination to deliver educational and promotional activities aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end HCP promotional and patient educational programs from concept through delivery
• Translate brand strategy into actionable program plans, experiences, and engagement tactics for target audiences
• Manage program logistics including timelines, budgets, agencies, vendors, content, approvals, and performance measurement
• Coordinate commercial symposia, product theaters, congress booths, and speaker program execution with cross-functional partners
• Establish KPIs, monitor program performance, and provide regular updates and optimization recommendations to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience, preferably rare disease or specialty pharma
• Demonstrated experience executing HCP education, patient programs, speaker initiatives, or symposia
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple complex initiatives concurrently
• Experience coordinating with external agencies, vendors, key opinion leaders, and healthcare professionals
• Understanding of Medical Legal and Regulatory (MLR) processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Sales, and Patient Affairs
