Job Description: Marketing Manager – Medical Devices Location Greater Boston (South)/Rochester, NY (Remote/Hybrid) Job Type Full-Time Position Summary The Marketing Manager will drive the commercial success and market adoption of the Turbett Surgical portfolio. This role bridges sales, product development, and clinical and regulatory affairs, to deliver high-impact campaigns, messaging, and sales enablement tools. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this individual will play a crucial role in shaping the product lifecycle from concept through commercialization while driving revenue growth in alignment with corporate strategy. Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Define and execute launch plans for existing and new medical technologies, including messaging, positioning, and promotional campaigns tailored for healthcare professionals and clinical audiences. Strategy & Demand Generation: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with corporate revenue targets, focusing on lead generation for both clinicians and patient audiences. Digital Campaign Management: Lead digital activation for product launches, virtual events, and webinars, utilizing SEO, PPC, and social media advertising to maximize ROI. Content Strategy & Compliance: Create, manage, and approve compelling digital content (whitepapers, case studies, website content) ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical standards. Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaigns and inform future marketing decisions. Sales Enablement & Training: Collaborate with sales teams to develop digital tools, sales collateral, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement strategies —including presentations, product guides, competitive comparisons, and demos—to equip field teams for successful product adoption. Market Research & Insights: Conduct market analysis, monitor competitive trends, and leverage customer insights to inform strategy and identify new market development opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Regulatory, and R&D to ensure all initiatives meet medical compliance standards and align with clinical customer needs. KOL Engagement & KOL Relationships: Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and surgeons to build product advocacy and inform strategic initiatives. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire portfolio lifecycle, from product launch to maturity and obsolescence. Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaigns and inform future marketing decisions. Budget Management & KPIs: Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize commercial spend and drive growth. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related Life Sciences field. Experience: 5+ years of professional marketing experience, with a minimum of 2+ years specifically in the medical device, hospital technology, or regulated healthcare industry. Launch Experience: Proven experience in successful product launches and developing sales tools. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends, financial data, and competitive intelligence. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical information into easy-to-understand messaging. Travel: Ability to travel domestically up to 25% for meetings, tradeshows, and clinical settings. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing tools. Compensation Range: $80,000-$120,000 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future.
