Senior Pool Service Technician (Repair & Maintenance)

Job Description Job Description Role: Lead technician responsible for complex repairs, seasonal transitions, and routine route maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Full Service & Maintenance: Perform routine pool cleaning (skimming, brushing, vacuuming) and water chemistry balancing. Advanced Repairs: Diagnose and repair heaters, filters, pumps, and chlorinators. Seasonals: Perform pool openings, closings, and winterization. Technical Support: Utilize plumbing and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot system issues. Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required). Proven experience in pool repair; knowledge of auto-covers is a plus. Mechanical aptitude and a "lead by example" work ethic.
