Responsibilities Guardian of Trust & Accuracy – Execute high‑volume cash transactions—deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing—with 100% accuracy. Maintain a compliance‑first mindset, ensuring all security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards are met to keep customers' assets safe. Digital Concierge – Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to enhance convenience and security. First‑Line Consultant – Identify customers’ needs through active listening, pairing personal or business goals with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions. Hospitality Lead – Greet customers and ensure no one ever feels like just a "number," balancing the efficiency of a high‑volume operation with the warmth of a community‑focused partner. What You Bring Hospitality Heart – Natural gift for making people feel welcome and heard. Tech Fluency – Early adopter of apps and digital tools, loves teaching others. Essential Functions (Included, but not limited to) Support surrounding Branches as needed within a 50 mile radius, with occasional opportunities to assist other locations in the broader Region. Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and subject to change. Ability to adapt to business‑driven schedule adjustments is required. Attend all required training sessions, which may occur on a schedule differing from the primary shift. Lifting up to 25 pounds and moving/standing for extended periods of time. Regular and consistent attendance. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience. At least 6 months of cash handling experience. Preferred – Associate’s degree; 2+ years of Retail or Customer‑facing experience; proficiency in G‑Suite; strong written and oral communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish.
