If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.Responsibilities:Support maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) Support installation planning products including draft master plans, layout studies, and facility requirement validations to support informed planning / investment decisionsSupport draft NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) documentation / conduct environmental planning analyses that identify compliance considerations and support government environmental determinationsSupport multidisciplinary engineering reviews to assess design submissions for compliance with UFC (Unified Facilities Criteria) standards, code requirements, and technical criteriaSupport draft Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), and technical RFP components that clearly articulate requirements for government reviewSupport market research and compile historical cost data to support the development of Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) inputsAnalyze contractor O&M performance data / prepare advisory compliance evaluations that highlight risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvementParticipate in technical / planning discussions, offering informed interpretation of engineering, planning, environmental, and programmatic issuesQualifications:A minimum three years of experience with Integrated Master Schedules, data analytics, or facilities planning support; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferredBachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityExperience maintaining Integrated Master Schedules, program reports, or similar PM artifacts Experience supporting facilities planning, master planning, environmental planning, NEPA documentation, or multidisciplinary design review in a federal or regulated environment Knowledge of UFC standards, building codes, NEPA processes, and cost estimation principlesExperience synthesizing large volumes of technical / programmatic data into clear and actionable reportsProficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or other scheduling tools; experience with data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) preferredAbility to travel as required to support firm engagements (Initial project will require onsite presence in Quantico, VA)Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearanceKPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
