Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse in a Step Down Unit. This position offers a dynamic and challenging role within a healthcare setting, focusing on providing critical care to patients in a transitional phase of recovery. Shift Information
- Schedule: Day Shift, working 3x12-hour shifts
- Shift Timing: 07:00 - 19:00
- Duration: 13 weeks with the possibility of extension
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirements: Must be available for holidays
- Minimal to no requests for time off (RTO) are expected
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a Step Down Unit
- Previous travel experience is preferred
- Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- Required Skills:
- Floor Management - Intermediate/Advanced
- Telemetry
- IV Start
- Experience with EMR systems, preferably Cerner
- Uniform: Royal Blue scrubs are required (not provided)
