Veterinary Client Service Representative - General Practice Full-time: Four days per week, minimum of two Saturdays Location Thrive Round Rock: 603 Louis Henna Blvd, 190 STE 190, Round Rock, TX About You You are a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service, front desk, and client communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary clinic or animal hospital. You’re comfortable managing appointment scheduling, multi-line phones, check in/check out, payment processing, and practice management software while delivering an exceptional client experience. Your Experience & Skills Prior veterinary experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using practice management software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Compassion for animals and a strong customer service mindset Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail Hospital Overview Thrive Round Rock is a primary and urgent care hospital located in Round Rock, TX focusing on wellness exams, vaccinations, spay/neuter procedures, and tailored treatment plans to support a pet’s well-being.
