DevOps Engineer

Salary: $77,500 - 105,500 per year Requirements:

• We require 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
• We need strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• We require extensive experience building Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• We need experience designing and supporting modern CI/CD pipelines.
• We require strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• We need experience working with Git-based source control and automated deployment workflows.
• We require experience monitoring cloud applications and infrastructure with observability platforms.
• We need a strong understanding of networking, identity management, cloud security, and infrastructure architecture.
• We require experience troubleshooting production environments and improving operational reliability.
• We need demonstrated experience mentoring engineers, leading technical initiatives, and shaping engineering best practices without direct management authority.
• We require excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Preferred: experience with Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
• Preferred: experience designing or contributing to cloud migration initiatives.
• Preferred: experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.
• Preferred: experience administering Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

• We architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, reliability, and consistency.
• We partner with software engineers to streamline application releases and operational workflows.
• We monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems.
• We automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks.
• We implement and maintain cloud security best practices, governance, and compliance controls.
• We support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity initiatives.
• We participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
• We evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend platform improvements.
• We contribute to cloud architecture decisions, including future modernization and migration initiatives.
• We mentor junior and mid-level DevOps engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and coaching.
• We promote engineering best practices through documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• We serve as technical leaders by helping establish standards, improve engineering processes, and influence platform direction.
