Responsibilities: Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate interviews and assist with recruitment activities. Process new hire paperwork and ensure compliance. Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries. Support HR projects and provide general administrative assistance. Qualifications: 2+ years of HR coordination or HR administrative experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
