This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance. You will conduct therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, providing a convenient and comfortable setting for clients. While you will often work from your home office, you will also maintain regular communication with your colleagues and participate in team meetings designed to foster collaboration and professional development. In addition, our outpatient office remains available for those rare occasions when in-person sessions are necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose mental health disorders to inform treatment planning.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions, offering both individual and group therapy as appropriate.

• Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment strategies based on client progress and feedback.

• Utilize evidence-based practices for therapy and remain current with relevant development in the field.

• Collaboration with other healthcare providers, specialists, or community resources to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing a range of challenges such as relationship issues, mental health disorders, and substance abuse. You will utilize various therapeutic modalities to address specific needs, ensuring that every client feels heard and empowered throughout their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
