Trading New York, NY Full-time $150,000 - $250,000 About the Role We're seeking a Quantitative Analyst to research and develop trading strategies for our AI-powered platform. You'll combine statistical analysis with financial theory to identify alpha-generating opportunities. What You'll Do Research and develop quantitative trading strategies Analyze market data to identify patterns and opportunities Build statistical models for risk assessment and portfolio optimization Backtest strategies and evaluate their performance Collaborate with ML engineers to productionize models Monitor live strategies and optimize their performance What We're Looking For 3+ years of quantitative research or trading experience Strong background in statistics, mathematics, or physics Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries (pandas, numpy) Experience with backtesting frameworks and simulation Understanding of market microstructure and trading mechanics Nice to Have Experience with cryptocurrency markets Knowledge of options pricing and derivatives Experience with alternative data sources Don't see a perfect fit?
