Returns & Warranty Specialist

Base Pay Range $27.00/hr - $29.49/hr The Contract Administrator will support returns and warranty processes, ensuring accurate and timely management of return authorizations (RMA) and warranty claims. This role involves reviewing case details in Salesforce, determining appropriate actions, and processing them in SAP. The administrator will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Customer Support, Order Management, Logistics, Finance, and Product Management to maintain compliance, streamline contract management, and improve process efficiency. Responsibilities Manage RMA and warranty case backlogs by reviewing and processing cases in Salesforce and SAP. Validate and process sales orders, track schedules, and monitor invoicing accuracy. Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements. Track contract performance, resolve issues related to invoicing, delivery, and post‑shipment processes. Maintain documentation for contract progress, change orders, and warranty actions. Utilize CRM systems to prioritize and manage caseloads according to service level agreements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in Order Management. Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and supply chain functions. Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and CRM tools; knowledge of COMPAS and NetSuite preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
