We're looking for great people to join our team. If you enjoy working with others, take pride in what you do, and want to work in a fast-paced restaurant with a solid crew, we'd love to meet you.
Now Hiring: Front of House & Back of House
At McDevitt, everyone works together. While you'll be hired as either FOH or BOH, our team jumps in wherever needed. Positions include:
- Serving
- Bartending
- Food running
- Line cooking
- Prep
- Dishwashing
- And everything else that keeps the restaurant moving
Pay & Benefits
- $24–$34/hour (starting wage of $16.82/hour plus tip pool)
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Opportunities to grow within the company
- Accrued paid sick leave in accordance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA)
What We're Looking For
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
- Team-first attitude
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Evening availability is required. Some morning shifts are available, but everyone on the team needs to be able to work dinner shifts.
