Automotive Sales - HYUNDAI - Chesapeake / Western Branch

Overview We are seeking an Automotive Sales Professional with at least 2 years of customer service experience to work at our Hyundai dealership. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, personable, and eager to sell vehicles while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Help customers with vehicle selection and promote model options, value‑added products and services, and financing options following dealership policies. Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure all speed limits and traffic laws are observed. Negotiate sale closure clearly, concisely, and ethically. Facilitate vehicle delivery by explaining vehicle and feature operations, warranty, and servicing requirements. Maintain accurate sales documentation. Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions. Attend all staff meetings, training exercises, and educational classes as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Verifiable sales performance in any industry. Demonstrated ability to close sales. Negotiation expertise. Strong computer, internet, mobile, and social media skills. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills, including composure under stress. Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting professionally with customers, vendors, and staff. Outgoing personality and willingness to work with the public daily. Neat, clean, professional appearance. Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision. Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record. Physical Demands This is an in‑person position requiring attendance.
