Assistant Project ManagerA highly respected development and project management firm is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join its team in Dallas, Texas.This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Engineer who has built a strong foundation in commercial construction and is ready to step into an APM role with greater responsibility, exposure, and opportunity for growth.Responsibilities:• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and execution• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation• Track schedules, budgets, procurement, and project milestones• Participate in design, preconstruction, and construction meetings• Help identify project issues and follow through on solutions• Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation• Take on increasing project responsibility as experience and knowledge growQualifications:• 2–5+ years of commercial construction experience• Project Engineer experience with a commercial general contractor, developer, or construction management firm preferred• Experience supporting large or complex commercial projects• Understanding of RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, schedules, and change management• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferredWhy Take a Look:If you are a Project Engineer who feels ready for more than your current role is giving you, this is an opportunity to make that move.
