Opportunity:
Physician – Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Full-time position ranging from 0.6 to 1.0 FTE with OB being optional
• Anticipated Monday through Friday schedule with clinic hours from 7 AM to 5 PM
• 1.0 FTE equivalent of 36 patient contact hours per week
• Join a team of 2 MDs and 3 APPs, with plans to expand by 2 additional MDs
• Experience with procedures, especially IUDs and Nexplanon, is a plus
• ZERO Call model in place – all after-hours call is covered by a separate dedicated call team
• Utilizes EPIC medical records with DAX AI for efficient patient management
• BC/BE in Family Practice required; OB experience optional
• Opportunity to pilot innovative programs in a forward-thinking clinical environment
• Serves a diverse patient population across the Proctor/Duluth service area of 85,000+ residents
