This position is responsible for maintaining all gym facilities, amenities, and equipment in “like-new” condition at all times. By delivering a consistently “clean and crisp” experience, the Cleaning Attendant ensures the highest standards of health, safety, and hospitality throughout the club. Key responsibilities include managing daily and deep-cleaning checklists, upholding cleanliness standards, and supporting a positive member experience through attention to detail and care.Cleaning Crew ResponsibilitiesGreet all members and guests warmly to create a welcoming environment.Maintain knowledge of club facilities, services, and schedules to assist members when needed.Perform all cleaning tasks according to the established cleaning playbook and daily/deep-cleaning checklists.Work with a sense of urgency to complete cleaning requirements promptly and efficiently.Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.Provide accurate information about Crunch brand offerings when asked by members or guests.Required Skills & ExperienceCPR/AED certification (required; may be obtained within 30 days of hire)Strong commitment to exceeding performance expectationsPassion for maintaining cleanliness to “hospital-like” standardsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong customer service orientation and ability to create positive member interactionsKnowledge of Crunch brand offerings and ability to share information with membersAbility to maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional attitude with staff, members, and guestsStrong attention to safety and adherence to health standardsProficient reading, writing, and basic computer skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience in service-oriented environment and/or cleaning servicesPhysical RequirementsThis is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours. S/he must also be able to safely climb a ladder when needed.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredSchedule RequirementThis position is designated as a day-shift role. Employees must be available and flexible to work any day of the week, Monday through Sunday, as scheduled by the Company.
