Job Description AECOM is seeking a Project Manager V with federal project management experience to help deliver a transformative federal initiative with far-reaching impact. This role places you at the forefront of a high-profile program, requiring strong leadership, innovative problem-solving, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams through every phase of project execution. This position can be located in several cities, including: Robles Junction, AZ; Sonoita, AZ; Indio, CA; Casa Grande, AZ; and San Diego, CA. Responsibilities include: Serve as primary client point of contact onsite Maintain quality control procedures Support contract negotiations Oversee all design reviews and estimates Oversee claims avoidance procedures Coordinate Design Team actions and approval processes. Coordinate Value Engineering initiatives. Review Cash flow projections as needed. Monitor Budget and Schedule adherence Manage Owner-directed vendors and consultants through coordination efforts. Establishes operational objectives and work plans. Develops, modifies, executes program policies that affect immediate operations and may have program-wide effect. Oversees the administration of certain procedures during the program wide construction and design cycle. Provides overall management administration to projects and assists in establishing projects specific objectives and policies. Provides technical direction and guidance to other project managers, implements company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with the client standards. Applies financial terminology, measures, financial data analysis concepts and principles in assignments. Recognizes processes/project actions that may lead to project financial impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
