Customer Success Manager – B2B SaaS (Financial, Legal & M&A Clients) Our client in the SaaS industry is looking for a Remote Customer Success Manager to add to their team. This is your opportunity to grow your customer success career while playing a key part in developing and refining the customer success function. You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in finance and legal sectors and support the improvement of onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion processes. Location Remote (U.S. Based) Pay Range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Benefits Medical Dental Vision FSA 401(k) PTO Stock Options (Company Equity) Job Type Full-Time Typical Hours M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT (flexible based on timezone) Start Date ASAP Responsibilities Lead onboarding, QBRs, and adoption plans for strategic accounts Track and improve customer health, satisfaction, and retention Drive upsells, renewals, and expansion quota Support the creation of early-stage customer success playbooks and workflows Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients Collaborate with sales, support, and product on account goals Support the creation of product training, demos, and customer-facing content Contribute to building scalable frameworks for a growing CS function Qualifications 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience required 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience required Legal, Finance, or similar high-compliance client experience required Quota-carrying experience with upsells and cross-sells required #J-18808-Ljbffr #twiceasnice Recruiting
