Office Associate$17.00/hr Monday-Friday 7am-5pm available. Aventure Staffing is seeking an Office Associate to work for a well‑established salvage yard in Spencer, IA! Responsibilities Cross‑train in the office including Truck Scale Operations Handle customer phone calls and walk‑in traffic in a busy environment Coordinate with truck drivers and assistants Set up customer contracts, process invoices, transfer documents and perform data entry into proprietary company systems Handle direct payments, answer and process incoming phone calls Maintain a full understanding of company products and services Work with sensitive material and maintain a high level of confidentiality Provide clear office communication with manager, employees, and patrons Go outside as needed to verify incoming customer loads, filing and perform miscellaneous office duties as assigned Requirements 1 year of office experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel Strong math skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task in a busy environment Proficient with data entry Benefits & Pay Starting Pay: $17.00/hr – paid every Friday!
