Roles and Responsibilities Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including profit, food production, scheduling, guest experience and direct crew and manager responsibilities. Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage all People processes including but not limited to: Recruiting, Hiring, Onboarding, Performance Management, Training, coaching and motivating. Be in the know: Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budgets, and food ordering/costs. Take action first: Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence. Inspire and Empower: Maintain high level of standard for guest and employee safety.
