This role is responsible for the performance tracking and planning that informs multi-million-dollar investment decisions.## Key Responsibilities* **Planning & Forecasting:** Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to prepare and manage the annual capital expenditure (CapEx) plan and provide ongoing forecasts. Monitor project spending and flag any significant variances to plan.* **Performance Reporting:** Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports that track project performance against plan and original investment metrics. Provide clear, concise analysis and commentary for management.* **Cross-Functional Communication & Coordination:** Serve as the central point of contact for capital information, gathering and synthesizing data from multiple teams, including drilling, completions, construction, facilities, and midstream operations, to ensure a unified and accurate view of the basin's capital projects.* **Decision Support & Analysis:** Conduct sensitivity analysis on key project variables, such as commodity prices, drilling costs, and production volumes, to assess risk. Provide data-driven recommendations to support capital allocation decisions.## Qualifications## Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Business.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for both financial and non-financial audiences.* 4–8 years of FP&A and/or operational planning; oil & gas or other capital‐intensive industry preferred.* Prior experience with forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.## Preferred Qualifications* Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities (Excel, Google Sheets)* Ability to interpret financial statements and operational data.* Strong organization, time‐management, and prioritization skills* Ability to challenge assumptions and influence decision‐making across teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr Flywheel Energy, LLC
